I order a Rust Removing Laser from ZZ Plus Shop on Dec 18, 2018, with my credit card and have not received a confirmation or shipping date. How can I get a refund if this is possible? My bank told me it's too late for that. Thx for help.

ZZplus is a scam web site. Call your bank and report the charge as fraud. Tell your bank you want to report it as fraud and put it in dispute.

I order a rust removing Laser from ZZ Plus Shop on Dec 4 2018 with my credit card and have not received a confirmation or shipping date. I'm going to the bank this morning to see what I can do.
