Recipients of the "Bitcoin Online Lottery International Programs" email below are asked to delete it because it is a scam. The fake email is being sent by lottery scammers who are attempting to trick their potential victims into sending them money for a lottery that doesn't exist. The scammers will ask potential victims to send them money in order to receive their so-called lottery, but if the money is sent, the scammers will take it and disappear. The victims, on the other hand, will not receive the lottery prize they were promised.
