They gave another fake tracking number to get PAY PAL to close the complaint.The PP rep and I knew they would probably not send the item so they noted the account accordingly as expected no product has arrived and the tracking number still shows the package being prepared.After 3 months, I am making a promise to my self to never order anything from China again. Asked for a refund a month ago and was told to be patient.Was told to check at the post office - went to the two post offices in my area - product was not there.
