    I ordered scissors in Jan. It is now April and still have not received them yetand they will not answer my e-mails.

    The last I heard they delivered my order to New Jersey and I live in Texas.

    Very poor quality of service.

    Ordered glasses that were supposed to help with migraines 3 months ago before Christmas got a fake tracking id opened a complaint with PAY PAL

    Like other complaints, I received the lie about the item being returned to them for some strange reason.

    I see that this is a common excuse that they use. They gave another fake tracking number to get PAY PAL to close the complaint.

    The PP rep and I knew they would probably not send the item so they noted the account accordingly as expected no product has arrived
    and the tracking number still shows the package being prepared.

    After 3 months, I am making a promise to my self to never order anything from China again. Every single transaction from that country has ended with a fight to get a refund.

    They also do business as Empire LLC, which is almost impossible to track down.

    I am a little confused the charge me and I don't really recall anything with this company.

    I would like to know what they are selling to see if it was me with an order.

    Same issue as above. Ordered October 10, still not received today, December 16.

    Ordered a cream. Given a ton existent tracking number. Asked for a refund a month ago and was told to be patient.

    Was told to check at the post office - went to the two post offices in my area - product was not there. Was told to be patient two weeks ago and have not heard anything else since.

    I have lost absolute confidence in this organisation and feel it is scam.

    The gloves have not been delivered and it is now nearly a month since I ordered.

    Harmonyio has replied to inquiries and assured me that they were shipped but returned for an unknown reason and that they would be reshipped as a matter of priority but nothing has come.

    The tracking numbers do not work so there is no way of following the progress of delivery.

    I have raised a dispute with Paypal and wish for my money back, the gloves are too late I have had to purchase alternative elsewhere.

      Make sure you do elevate that complaint to Pay pal just today gave me a refund for the same company and I asked them what they can do and they will stop doing business with them if they get enough complaints.

      (They are pretty fluid and will probably just change their name, but any discomfort we can put them through makes me feel warm and fuzzy)
