Do not buy from the fraudulent website www.akkst.com that is being operated by cybercriminals. Online users are advised to stay away from the fraudulent online store because those who have shopped from it, run the risk of their personal, credit card and other payment processing information getting stolen by cybercriminals and used fraudulently.

I purchased a dress supposedly from www.Akkst.com/UK clothing Shop and them about 2 days later from Customer services Customerservices@shoppingcustomer.com, sent me a confirmation stating that the transaction was successful.

About 3 or 4 says ago I receive and email from Geroge Alice afterservice003@outlook.com asking me to leave a feedback and if I haven't received the item to go to the website and email them, which there is not an email just to leave a message. They have never ever returned my email or messages from any of the above addresses.

I paid £110 for a Hobbs coat in January 2018 which never arrived, I e-mailed them many times to no avail. Do not use this company, it's a scam.

Hi!

I paid 107 GBP for Ted Baker dress. After almost month I got some cheep and horrible no-name dress from China instead of TD. I tried to contact them at least 3-4 times, but nobody answered me. And even after sending them back the dress nobody has contacted me.

I paid a lot of money to buy items I thoughts were on sale and to this day I don't have any news from them.
I spent 600 pounds of items. Unfortunately, nobody can help me.

I too have purchase a coat, supposedly 'Whistles' - It arrived from China, and it is NOT a Whistles Coat, infact it bears no resemblance. They use the exact same images and description as on the Whistles Website. I too was asked for feedback from Geroge Alice afterservice003-outlook.com. I emailed demanding a refund but have not heard anything.
