Fake The Kaplan Group Lawsuit Notices Being Sent by Scammers

Scammers are sending out fake "The Kaplan Group" lawsuit notices to their potential victims in an attempt to trick them into opening the attachment, which opens an HTML page that will steal their email account username and password if they have entered it on the same page. Therefore, recipients of emails similar to the one below are asked not to follow the instructions in them; they should just delete them.
