Lookdora - it is an Untrustworthy Online Store

This Company is a rip off. I learned a costly and valuable lesson. I did not get my complete order even though the website States fulfilled, but the worst part is that nothing I did receive was nothing like the photos.. Totally wrong and what did come took forever... Wll NEVER buy from them again. Terrible customer service, actually,NO customer service.

They sent me a damaged jacket. Hole in the pocket and missing buttons. I sent several emails about it and no reply yet. I will never buy from this cheap company again. Thanks, Erin.

I received two out of four items ordered from this company. They cashed in on my credit card as soon as I ordered and my order was from January.

I ordered a winter coat on January 31st up untill now I have not recieved it.The phone # does not work.

Today is the 03 of march untill now I have not recieved anything.I dont know who to get in tuch with right now.

I ordered a jacket back in August, 2018 and am still to receive it. Every time I have contacted them supposedly their shipping department is checking on the whereabouts of the package. Always checking, never a refund or replacement merchandise.

Facebook should not allow this company to advertise on their site. I believe it is a fake company. I live in Ohio and believe that supposedly with the initial shipping notice that it was coming from China, if that was even legit.

I ordered three (3) items on this site 3 weeks ago and have received nothing.

I went to the web page where there was a tracking # but when I entered it, the sight said that no such item could be found.

I will contact my c/c company and see if they will refund or credit my account b/c I have a feeling that I will never see this merchandise. I wish I had done my due diligence before submitting all of my information.

Lesson learned.

I do not recommend this site to anyone although I really wanted what I had ordered. I hope this deters someone else from ordering.

I ordered sweatshirts in August of 2018. It is now February 2019. Still no sweatshirts! I tried to dispute the payment with Bank of America but they have a 3 month limit for disputes. I asked for a refund but have received nothing! Don't need e with them!

I have followed their return process per their website- still no return label or resolution. I have asked to exchange for a different size, and still nothing.

I ordered a winter coat last November, never got it.
As I paid with Paypal,this transaction is now in dispute.
If I don't receive my order before February 8, Paypal will refund the total amount.

I ordered three long sweat shirts in August. It is now January and I still have not recieved my shirts. Just wanting my money back!

I also ordered in Nov, the long sweatshirt to be delivered in Istanbul. I have not received it yet.

Sent a note with the emails I received with order number and tracking number and asked them to track the order... have not heard from them and do not want to use their website as it is on a warning list as out of protected area.

Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.

My wife ordered 3 items in a tall size. They arrived but the material had a strange odor and they were only "tall" if you were 5' in height. The only return method was to email them for an RMA and then ship to UK, AUS or China office. From the US this would be more than they cost. Lesson learned.

I received 1 item, ordered 2. Got 1 wrong size paid for 2, canceled order, the company dia have verified canceled order. Said they didn't have any record of me paying for items. Would look into it and get back to me,still waiting to hear from them. I will donate item to church. i will never buy off face book again.

Finally received my "hooded coat" after ordering it 2 months ago.

It looks nothing like the picture on line.

It's flimsy and sheds fuzz all over the place.

Besides being too small, it hangs like a wet dish rag on my body.

Just wish I had seen this website before wasting my $$.

Me too, same thing, got my rag of a coat today and it too is too small plus being the worst material I have ever seen.

I have tried to get a hold of their support team but my emails come back.

good luck I have the same exact issue- needing the return address. They responded via email, but said it is in China. Nothing more I have several emails going back and forth and they never send a return label or address.

I got a long sweatshirt from there, and I was happy with it, once it came. It took a long time for it to get here, and I'm I'm glad I sized up 2 sizes (knowing how these other countries size different than us - it pays to be knowledgeable)

I just opened my package that I ordered 7 weeks ago: a fleece jacket that is a piece of junk; fleece falling off the jacket! Tried their customer support link that didn't open.

I agree that sending it back will cost more in aggravation than it's worth and I doubt I'll get my money back. Shame on me for not researching this fraud outfit before ordering!

I think I ordered the same fleece jacket. Took forever to arrive. Total piece of junk....pieces of fleece flying all over the place. I emailed their support and did get a response! Because of the cost to return, they offered me a 15% cash refund 😱. Don’t do me any favors! Wish I had checked this website out before ordering. Never again....lesson learned.

I ordered what I thought was a winter coat from this site. I ordered a 5x even though I wear a 3x in case I needed to wear a sweater or something heavier under it.

I ordered Nov.17th and every time I tried to check to see if it had been shipped I got a little cartoon mail person with a sentence in an Oriental language. FINALLY received my "coat" yesterday and O M Goodness I don't even know how to accurately describe this "item".

All it is a piece of black fuzzy material with buttons...no lining...no nothing. Tried it on and it is very snug, when I took it off there were little black pieces of fuzz stuck all over my shirt! I feel so incredibly dumb for not looking into the reviews before ordering.

Even though I would LOVE to return this piece of whatever and get my money back after reading the comments think I will pass on the stress of that and know it's a lesson learned...

The same happen to me call your bank and report a fraudulent site. They will need a copy of there policy's or retires, the package it came in the order, and I brought in these reviews to mine

I ordered a really nice looking fleece jacket from Look Dora that was on sale for $42.99. I got a piece of junk from them. You could see through the fabric and it was not even styled as it showed on the website. It was cheaper looking than anything the Dollar stores sell. The worst item I have EVER purchased anywhere.

Call the bank report the fraudulent site from China.

I ordered a long, plus size, strait bottom hoodie from Lookdora over 3 months ago, I STILL DONT HAVE IT AND YES THEY DID TAKE THE PAYMENT OUT OF OUR BANK ACCOUNT!!! I am furious.

This jacket was burgundy, size 4x. I paid $34.95 in August. I placed the order Aug, 26,2018.

So, I either want the jacket or my money back! Preferably, since I’ve read I don’t know how many articles that their stuff if junk and cheap! I want my money back ASAP!!! $34.95 or I am contacting the BBB!!! Thank you Laura.

I ordered two supposedly coats that look like rags. They look like cheap second-hand sweatshirt hoodies. I would be totally embarrassed to even wear them taking out the garbage. This website LookDora is a real rip off. Fraud! shame on you for such false advertising and selling nothing but junk.

This junk came from China and of course no return guarantee. Again shame on them. No bother to return because the postage to China will probably be worth more than what I purchased. Shame on them and shame on me for even ordering that junk.

Will NEVER order anything else online again. Bunch of rip off thieves. Take it back to China and let them wear it.

After ordering on line from this place for the first time for my wife, I find out there is no phone number and the only contact is via email.

I looked up the website online and to my surprise it's a scam. I then called the bank.

Horrible service, horrible merchandise. Do not take a chance with this company.

I order 2 jackets and 2 sweaters from LookDora I received the items put they run really small I have contacted them 4 times to get an address to return the items but they keep giving me the run around.

Now they offered me 15% cash back because they are telling me by the time I return the items it would cost me more in custom fees then what I paid for them. They do not tell you when you order things that they come from China by the way of the UK with no return address on the package.

You only have 15 days

to return the items I guess that is why they won't give me a return address because in 2 more days the fifteen days are up.

I am contacting my credit card company about getting this charge taken off. I have never had a place that would not give me and address to return something.

I’ll be lucky if it keeps me as warm as a sweater.

I would like to return the item, but they offer no info on making returns.
