The Lookdora website located at www.lookdora.com, which claims to be an online store that sells women's dress, swimsuit and other clothing, is untrustworthy. The company is nothing more than a front for shipping cheap Chinese junk to the UK that does not meet the descriptions they were sold under.
Unsatisfied shoppers who are unable to get refunds are asked to contact their banks and dispute the charges with them.

This Company is a rip off. I learned a costly and valuable lesson. I did not get my complete order even though the website States fulfilled, but the worst part is that nothing I did receive was nothing like the photos.. Totally wrong and what did come took forever... Wll NEVER buy from them again. Terrible customer service, actually,NO customer service.
They sent me a damaged jacket. Hole in the pocket and missing buttons. I sent several emails about it and no reply yet. I will never buy from this cheap company again. Thanks, Erin.
I received two out of four items ordered from this company. They cashed in on my credit card as soon as I ordered and my order was from January.
I ordered a winter coat on January 31st up untill now I have not recieved it.The phone # does not work.Today is the 03 of march untill now I have not recieved anything.I dont know who to get in tuch with right now.WHAT THE H**L IS HAPPENING? I PAYED MY HARD EARNED MONEY.I NEED MY COAT LIKE RIGHT ABOUT NOW!
I ordered a jacket back in August, 2018 and am still to receive it. Every time I have contacted them supposedly their shipping department is checking on the whereabouts of the package. Always checking, never a refund or replacement merchandise.Facebook should not allow this company to advertise on their site. I believe it is a fake company. I live in Ohio and believe that supposedly with the initial shipping notice that it was coming from China, if that was even legit.
I ordered three (3) items on this site 3 weeks ago and have received nothing.I went to the web page where there was a tracking # but when I entered it, the sight said that no such item could be found.I will contact my c/c company and see if they will refund or credit my account b/c I have a feeling that I will never see this merchandise. I wish I had done my due diligence before submitting all of my information.Lesson learned.I do not recommend this site to anyone although I really wanted what I had ordered. I hope this deters someone else from ordering.Sue
