Is Bringittome an Untrustworthy Online Store?

I bought some singing pumkins for halloween and payed 50 US dallars and then I also paid 30 US dallars at my own country because it was sending from china and not London (EU) as the webpage said. After two months I recieved 3 small, thiny c**p of pumpkins. It was NOT the same product that I ordered. And now the webpage is gone/closed. I hope that paypal will help return my money.

Total scam. Don't buy from them. They provide a tracking number, but shipping information says it's stuck somewhere. Product never arrives. I disputed my transaction on PayPal.

The exact same thing happened to me. I ordered my product on September 5th 2020 and I'm still waiting for it. The tracking # says it been sitting at a partner facility for 20 days now with zero movement WTF 🤬!

No tracking number. They are a scam. Conveniently using paypal.

I bought the 29-piece set pyrography set for $39.98 shipping included in December 2019. I never got an email letting me know my tracking number nor one letting me know my item was shipped. I received my order today, January 8, 2020. I did not get the 29 piece set. All I got was the engraver and a few pieces of thin particle wood. I cannot find a phone number to contact them nor can I find anywhere to write to them and send an email. I would like the item I ordered or a total refund. How do I get one or the other?

I bought from Auroz.net for $35.98 a wood pyrography kit on 11/27/19 and have received nothing after seeing it on my facebook. Nor can I get a phone number to contact them. My tracking # does not work on there website. I feel that I've been taken. All I want is my money back. How do I take care of this. I'm going to report them to better business bural.
