Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

    DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THE COMPANY! HELP PUT HONEYSTAR.COM OUT OF BUSINESS! They don't honor their return policy. Product was extremely cheaply made, and though my shoe size is true size, they did NOT fit me at all. Tried to return within 30-day "so-called" return policy, and they would NOT even provide return address. Told me to give them away to some who fits them (all my friends wear much bigger shoe size than me. I got stuck paying large amount of money for a cheap product that doesn't fit!. PUT HONEYSTAR.COM OUT OF BUSINESS. BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU SHOULD SHUT THEM DOWN!

      The same thing is happening to me, the boots I ordered do not fit are very cheap made and the jerks in customer service told me to give them away as well, like who would want that c**p? In the mean time they keep offering me a gift card of increasing amounts. DO NOT ORDER from these crooks!

    I just wrote a complaint notice last night. Today the shoes showed up. No complaint just that it took 3 months to receive products. Not good.

    Quality wise I work out of my home needed light shoes to keep from stubbing toes and not tripping around. The product I ordered was just that and probably will get a lot of wear on them just wearing them in the house. Wont use this company again just because of principle.

    I also bought these c**p shoes and received same email with 'not our fault' and $5 gift card in our store. Has anyone been able to get an actual refund from this 'company'? Does anyone have their phone number? Otherwise, don't buy!

When I got a response by e-mail about returning, I was told it was very difficult and lengthy to return ( since it goes back to China...)or a few dollars in return. The rep suggested I donate them to charity, which I did.

    BE WARNED... SAVE YOUR MONEY!

    Ordered, tried to cancel when they were not delivered in over a month. Got the run around for three weeks,even contacted Paypay to see if I could cancel, no go. Then they sent a note that the order was shipped and I would receive them "shortly". Three weeks later, I could wait no longer and got a pair of boots locally. I sent a note that I still had not received any package, even though they sent me a delivery confirmation. I was told to check with local post offices to see if they were being "Held". I wish they had held them, the following week I got the "boots" they look like the same construction and material that you would find on a china doll. The flexible thick cushioned soul and warm liner? Try 1/8" warped plastic soul with raised bridges and thin insole so you cant see them. Stitched upper? Um... try molded rubber to look like stiches. Warm liner? Use an old sock, your better off.

    And as to their return and cancellation policies? FORGET IT not worth the time it would take to read it, all you will get from the customer service is So sorry you no happy, not our fault, but we will give you a 4 dollar, 6 dollar, 8 dollar okay how about ten dollar credit and you can use the shoes you got as a gift? Gift? to who? your worst enemy? and WHY!? Why would I want a credit to use for more plastic shoes? why would anyone give them more money for c**p! I hope you read this before you buy, if you don't try to get it canceled on your credit card because hscustomer service will not be any help at all.

    I wrote the company several times asking where the item that I had purchased. Got a tracking number that never stated anything and wrote back. Finally got a shipping date almost 2 months later. The product arrived and was poorly manufactured. I again wrote the company to state that I was unhappy with the product. I got this reply

    We feel sorry to hear this.

    There are no other customers report.

    The returned shipping charge is expensive, please kindly note that you need pay for it since it is not our fault.

    Is it possible you keep it? Maybe you can pass it to your family or friend as gift.

    I replied to the company by stating the following questions:

    Why would I give an inferior product to my family or friend if I wouldn't wear it? How is it NOT the companies fault with their manufacturing of the shoe is not what it should be? How would a gift card help if I am not planning on buying from the company again? These Facebook ads should be stopped to prevent other people from buying their products.

      I see that the company does the same to everyone. I am so glad the company canceled one of the two footwear items I ordered. And it took about ten weeks to get!y order too.

    Y’all PLEASE BEWARE. This is the biggest rip off. I finally received these shoes after 2 months. The ONLY thing that is of this advertisement is the style of the shoe. The material used is NOTHING like the picture. It looks like a thin cheap shiny vinyl. I ordered two pair. One pair (the red ones), one shoe was a 9.5 and one was a 5.5. I contacted customer service (only email) with pictures and these people had the nerve to tell me that it wasn’t their fault and thE only way I could get a refund was for me to pay for shipping which would be half of what I paid for the shoes.     I ordered two pairs of boots through Paypal, I am trying to get my money back. This is the worst scam I have ever seen. Thought the boots were cute and would be nice, got cheap vinyl c**p, could have bought a better pair at Wal-Mart and Target!     This is the biggest piece of c**p I've ever saw. I found these online and thought the boots were really nice looking. SO my husband order his mom and me a pair. They are absolute garbage. We haven't attempted to return them, but I'm sure we won't be successful. So irritating that people are allowed to continue to scam people after so many negative reports have been filed. I can't for the life of me figure out why their site hasn't been shut down. I saw these same boots on another website that sells nothing but garbage as well.

    I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my mother and they are absolutely horrible. Not like the photos shown online. It's stated on their website "no hassle" returns but that's all I'm getting. They have now offered an $8 gift card for me to keep the shoes. Which is nothing since I would never order from them again. The person stated it would cost $30 to ship them back. I'm going to try and get a refund through my credit card company. I want to report this company but not sure how to do that.

    Absolutely awful. Received after 2 months and there was a hole in the toe of these cheaply made "boots". They said they were not at fault - what? Told me it would cost me more to ship them back than I paid and offered me a $5.00 gift card for their company upped it to $8.00 when I told them forget it. Contacted PayPal trying to see what I can do, they actually had the nerve to tell me in addition to the gift card keep them and give them as a gift - ridiculous.

    Paypal will just tell you that since the item has been received you are out of luck. After a month of not hearing from Honeystar I emailed them only to have them give me a runaround about being busy, etc. I cancelled my order right then and they shipped the order anyway a week later. I filed a dispute with Paypal and today Paypal told me they had closed to dispute in favor of the seller because they had been advised the merchandise was received. Paypal does not care that I cancelled the order a week before it was shipped.

    I wish I'd seen these reviews before placing an order for my mother's birthday. After nearly a month with no communication or shoes I filed a claim with PayPal. That finally got me a response from HonestyStar customer support and they said to me that the item received "high number of orders" that my item may take longer than expected and asked for patience. By this point, I'd started looking online to research them and asked for my money back. They refused to cancel my order and refund my money; After 2 weeks of asking for and demanding my order be cancelled and my payment be refunded I get this response: "Dear customer, Hope everything goes well. We usually do not refund once order confirmed and paid. Could you wait for some days? Then you will get the order soon." They then sent me a tracking number. When the shoes finally arrived (literally the day before they had to respond to the claim on PayPal), HonestyStar wasted no time giving the tracking information to PayPal, who closed the case in HonestyStar's favor. The shoes: not what we ordered. They looked more like cheap rubber boots than the shoes in the photo and instead of being black with blue accents were all blue.

    If you are considering ordering from HonestyStar, don't. Spend your money elsewhere.

    Honesty star is a Chinese scam site. What you get after a very long wait(in my case 50 days) is nothing as shown in the ads...what I received was cheap vinyl boots that are crappie at best garbage worthless.     What a rip off! I ordered these on OCT 8, 2019, before reading any reviews and I finally received them today on 11/23/19. They are made of a type of plastic, they do fit but look nothing like the picture. Next time I will research something before I buy.

I contacted Paypal and sent them all the emails and they said that there is nothing that they can do since the shoes have shipped.     I had the same experience as 'anonymous user from Brooklyn". I bought the red boots and they appear to be a very cheap imitation of the advertised picture. The laces are thin ribbon not laces, the boots are not two-tone like the picture and do not have the inner lining around the inside tops. Also no star. The soles are thin and hard and uncomfortable to walk in. They look like the cheap rubber boots I wore as a child. Do not buy from this company.

    I brought a pair of the green boots shoe. The boots that I received is nothing like the o the picture shown. The picture is showing the inside of boot out of a different material that is sent to the consumer and material of the boot that is showing is entirely different from the boots you receive. The boots show a star logo which is not on the pair that I receive. The boot sole in the picture is not the same as the one that is displayed in the picture. Buyers BEWARE! I waited to get a product that was not what the picture is displaying on the website.

    I ordered the blue boots from an ad on September 29 and just received them today - November 16th! So much for 5-20 days delivery.

    Save your money. The boots are cheap plastic and I wouldn’t be caught dead in them. Maybe as slippers around the house?

    The only good thing is that they were on $23.00 so I got what I paid for. Did I expect suede for that price?

      I am so confused why Paypal, Facebook and Instagram are allowing these companies to continue to scam us! I ordered 9 pairs for Christmas gifts. Took 2 months to get and they are the cheapest most disgusting shoes I’ve ever seen! I talked to Paypal yesterday and told them they are losing the trust and respect of their customers by allowing us to be scammed! The shoes I received were nothing like the picture. I told the woman I spoke to from Paypal to go ahead and order a pair of these scam shoes and see what she receives! Bet they’d cancel these companies real fast! I’m still waiting to see if Paypal is going to refund my $130. If they don’t I will go through my credit card company! I am also going to file a claim with Federal Trade Commission, Texas Attorney Generals office and Better Business Bureau. I know of three different names that are the same scammers. They are pp.careu, cc.careu and Honestystar. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE COMPANIES!YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!

    DON'T, I SAY DO NOT order anything from this company. It is a scam I wish I would have thought about looking the company up before ordering but I didn't so it is my fault I was scammed. I ordered 4 pair of boots on 9-29-19, they said 5-20 business days for delivery. HA what a bunch of bull pucky. I've learned my lesson and I hope I prevent anyone else from ordering.

There have been 6 emails sent back and forth to honestystar and I can get nothing but emails back saying how good their product is and how popular it is. I don't care about any of this.     They offered me double the money in US funds back, but never received that either.

    I did mine at honestystar they also go thru other names and it was a huge order,which I promptly cancelled soon as I found out they were really out of hong kong!

    Well I was scared to death but got my money back after threatening them with court-and everything else but I did get my money back within the week which wasnt good considering I had cancelled within the hour of ordering!anyway.

    I thought maybe they are legit so I filled out the paypal account info(all my info)and im wondering if THEY now have all my account information?

    Scam! If you place order at honestystar - they immediately collect money from your credit card account through a fake website called Kostuff, supposedly located in Las Vegas Nevada.

    Why does Honestystar and Kostuff have a facebook account and why hasn't facebook taken them down?

    Huge scam, and I am still struggling to recoup my money.

    Candy crush friends, let Honestystar advertise, but this is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell boots and shoes. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. This happened to me, and silly enough I thought that a company like CC checked the companies that advertise.

    I ordered a pair of boots 3 weeks ago and all I have is a order Number 16275. They said 5 to 20 working days. This is very upsetting to find out they are a company that doesn’t exist. I cannot understand how they are on the internet and don’t have a huge red flag to let people know they don’t exist.

    Now my only recourse is to call my credit card company and try to get my money back. The nerve of them to call the company Honestystar. This is very dishearten to say the least.     I tried to order a couple of shoes on line it says extra 10% if I order 2 shoes and free shipping. When I finishing my order get all the information the 10% discount was not applied and there's a charge for shipping.     Everytime I see one of these companies on facebook I warn everyone. I ordered something from a company called Berryome they sent me two really crappy thin material jackets, I tried to return them and they said I had to send them to China.

    My package came from California return address but they said I could not return to there. sending to China would have cost $68 to $83. I had charged $55 I called my credit card and started a dispute.

    I also called the attorney general in California to tell him they were using an address there A few weeks later this same credit card had two charges on it from California and Chicago My credit card called me. I told them it was a scam.

    They gave me a new credit card and got rid of all the charges including the original one. But its not just the first item you order you have to worry about. Once they have your credit card they charge all over the country
