They never tell you that it is shipped from New Jersey but you must return it to CHINA! $35.00 to mail it.nInferior product! RIP OFF!

These people are crooks, plain and simple. They did the same to me as above. Be warned! Do not give these jerks your money or you too will regret it.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THE COMPANY! HELP PUT HONEYSTAR.COM OUT OF BUSINESS! They don't honor their return policy. Product was extremely cheaply made, and though my shoe size is true size, they did NOT fit me at all. Tried to return within 30-day "so-called" return policy, and they would NOT even provide return address. Told me to give them away to some who fits them (all my friends wear much bigger shoe size than me. I got stuck paying large amount of money for a cheap product that doesn't fit!. PUT HONEYSTAR.COM OUT OF BUSINESS. BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU SHOULD SHUT THEM DOWN!

The same thing is happening to me, the boots I ordered do not fit are very cheap made and the jerks in customer service told me to give them away as well, like who would want that c**p? In the mean time they keep offering me a gift card of increasing amounts. DO NOT ORDER from these crooks!

I just wrote a complaint notice last night. Today the shoes showed up. No complaint just that it took 3 months to receive products. Not good.
Quality wise I work out of my home needed light shoes to keep from stubbing toes and not tripping around. The product I ordered was just that and probably will get a lot of wear on them just wearing them in the house. Wont use this company again just because of principle.

The boots are total c**p; sent them back but was never issued credit. I think the better business bureau should get involved and bust this scam. how dear they take money from hard working people. how come this company get on PayPal anyways?

I also bought these c**p shoes and received same email with 'not our fault' and $5 gift card in our store. Has anyone been able to get an actual refund from this 'company'? Does anyone have their phone number? Otherwise, don't buy!

hi, I fell for it too, I've been waiting 2 months now, I used a credit card to buy online!! I learned, should have known to check this bogus ad first, I emailed a that I wanted a refund, probably won't get it. how do these people stay active, how do you report it and to who?

Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded. I hope it is not too late.

DO NOT ORDER! ditto to 'poor cheap plastic boots that look NOTHING like advertised'. They looked more like clown shoes. When I got a response by e-mail about returning, I was told it was very difficult and lengthy to return ( since it goes back to China......)or a few dollars in return. The rep suggested I donate them to charity, which I did.

Ordered, tried to cancel when they were not delivered in over a month. Got the run around for three weeks,even contacted Paypay to see if I could cancel, no go. Then they sent a note that the order was shipped and I would receive them "shortly". Three weeks later, I could wait no longer and got a pair of boots locally. I sent a note that I still had not received any package, even though they sent me a delivery confirmation. I was told to check with local post offices to see if they were being "Held". I wish they had held them, the following week I got the "boots" they look like the same construction and material that you would find on a china doll. The flexible thick cushioned soul and warm liner? Try 1/8" warped plastic soul with raised bridges and thin insole so you cant see them. Stitched upper? Um... try molded rubber to look like stiches. Warm liner? Use an old sock, your better off.
And as to their return and cancellation policies? FORGET IT not worth the time it would take to read it, all you will get from the customer service is So sorry you no happy, not our fault, but we will give you a 4 dollar, 6 dollar, 8 dollar okay how about ten dollar credit and you can use the shoes you got as a gift? Gift? to who? your worst enemy? and WHY!? Why would I want a credit to use for more plastic shoes? why would anyone give them more money for c**p! I hope you read this before you buy, if you don't try to get it canceled on your credit card because hscustomer service will not be any help at all.

I've been had! Ordered 2 pairs of shoes early October; As of December 18th, they have not arrived. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company sucks!

I wrote the company several times asking where the item that I had purchased. Got a tracking number that never stated anything and wrote back. Finally got a shipping date almost 2 months later. The product arrived and was poorly manufactured. I again wrote the company to state that I was unhappy with the product. I got this reply

I replied to the company by stating the following questions:
Why would I give an inferior product to my family or friend if I wouldn't wear it? How is it NOT the companies fault with their manufacturing of the shoe is not what it should be? How would a gift card help if I am not planning on buying from the company again? These Facebook ads should be stopped to prevent other people from buying their products.

I see that the company does the same to everyone. I am so glad the company canceled one of the two footwear items I ordered. And it took about ten weeks to get !y order too.

This company needs no more money from usa, canada, etc. Honesty! What a joke.

Y’all PLEASE BEWARE. This is the biggest rip off. I finally received these shoes after 2 months. The ONLY thing that is of this advertisement is the style of the shoe. The material used is NOTHING like the picture. It looks like a thin cheap shiny vinyl. I ordered two pair. One pair (the red ones), one shoe was a 9.5 and one was a 5.5. I contacted customer service (only email) with pictures and these people had the nerve to tell me that it wasn’t their fault and thE only way I could get a refund was for me to pay for shipping which would be half of what I paid for the shoes. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Picture of what I received are in the comments. I wish I could upload pictures.

I ordered two pairs of boots through Paypal, I am trying to get my money back. This is the worst scam I have ever seen. Thought the boots were cute and would be nice, got cheap vinyl c**p, could have bought a better pair at Wal-Mart and Target! This company needs all the bad reviews they can get, I noticed they are on Amazon too.

This is the biggest piece of c**p I've ever saw. I found these online and thought the boots were really nice looking. SO my husband order his mom and me a pair. They are absolute garbage. We haven't attempted to return them, but I'm sure we won't be successful. So irritating that people are allowed to continue to scam people after so many negative reports have been filed. I can't for the life of me figure out why their site hasn't been shut down. I saw these same boots on another website that sells nothing but garbage as well.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my mother and they are absolutely horrible. Not like the photos shown online. It's stated on their website "no hassle" returns but that's all I'm getting. They have now offered an $8 gift card for me to keep the shoes. Which is nothing since I would never order from them again. The person stated it would cost $30 to ship them back. I'm going to try and get a refund through my credit card company. I want to report this company but not sure how to do that.

Absolutely awful. Received after 2 months and there was a hole in the toe of these cheaply made "boots". They said they were not at fault - what? Told me it would cost me more to ship them back than I paid and offered me a $5.00 gift card for their company upped it to $8.00 when I told them forget it. Contacted PayPal trying to see what I can do, they actually had the nerve to tell me in addition to the gift card keep them and give them as a gift - ridiculous.

After 2 months I finally got mine. Horrible! Chip. Totally different from the pictures. Please don’t waste the money.

Shoes shown on line is nothing like was received. The material is thin plastic without any reinforcement at the top of the shoe as the picture depicts. Total waste.

got the shoes today and they are nothing like the website and will be cancelling my credit card transaction.

Do not order from this company. I ordered on oct 8 and it is dec 2 and still no shoes.

I have received a sub quality product and one boot is defective. They took forever to ship, now after a couple weeks of daily communication they will do nothing.
Please advise as to what to do-I want to return and get my money back.

Paypal will just tell you that since the item has been received you are out of luck. After a month of not hearing from Honeystar I emailed them only to have them give me a runaround about being busy, etc. I cancelled my order right then and they shipped the order anyway a week later. I filed a dispute with Paypal and today Paypal told me they had closed to dispute in favor of the seller because they had been advised the merchandise was received. Paypal does not care that I cancelled the order a week before it was shipped.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before placing an order for my mother's birthday. After nearly a month with no communication or shoes I filed a claim with PayPal. That finally got me a response from HonestyStar customer support and they said to me that the item received "high number of orders" that my item may take longer than expected and asked for patience. By this point, I'd started looking online to research them and asked for my money back. They refused to cancel my order and refund my money; After 2 weeks of asking for and demanding my order be cancelled and my payment be refunded I get this response: "Dear customer, Hope everything goes well. We usually do not refund once order confirmed and paid. Could you wait for some days? Then you will get the order soon." They then sent me a tracking number. When the shoes finally arrived (literally the day before they had to respond to the claim on PayPal), HonestyStar wasted no time giving the tracking information to PayPal, who closed the case in HonestyStar's favor. The shoes: not what we ordered. They looked more like cheap rubber boots than the shoes in the photo and instead of being black with blue accents were all blue.

If you are considering ordering from HonestyStar, don't. Spend your money elsewhere.

After 2 frickin months I received the 2 pairs of shoes that were two different sizes. Didn’t receive the shoes that were advertised. They smell like chemicals and are so cheap looking. Not even worth a few dollars. Scam scam scam . I will never order from these “ so called” companies . Please consumers, order from reputable local stores.

After waiting for almost 2 months, I got a cheap, ugly pair of shoes that you don't want to spend $5 - the store. Try to get my money back but they have enough nerve to offer $5 gift card so you can shop their store again ( no expired date )! They said I can give or pass the pair for friend or relative if I am not happy with it, do you think that is a good way to give a gift for someone who love? Honesty star is a Chinese scam site. What you get after a very long wait(in my case 50 days) is nothing as shown in the ads...what I received was cheap vinyl boots that are crappie at best garbage worthless. There isn’t even a heal cup to hold your foot straight! Do not waste your money and time with this rip off!

So have I. I feel the same way, angry is an understatement. THen they have the nerve to offer $3.00 gift card or a $5.00 gift card. I paid way more than that.

I just received cheap awful plastic shoes that I ordered months ago and even forgot about the order it's been so long. The company was advertising on facebook. I am unable to contact anyone about doing something with these disgusting shoes.

The same thing just happened to me! I'm contacting my credit card company and sending all of this to them.

I ordered shoes on Oct 4, paid thru PayPal. After I sent an email requesting an update, they said that they were working on it and a few days later received a shipping notice, which cud not be verified. This appears to be a scam. Never received anything and shipping notice was incorrect shipping number.

I ordered flat heel boots from these people on Friday, Oct. 25, 2019 and as of today, November 25, 2019 I have received nothing nor have I heard anything from them. They were given my credit card number and I am very concerned about this being a SCAM. Will we ever learn?

I order a pair of shoes from these idiots, cancelled it within 10 minutes and been emailing them not to send this is was cancelled, every day they would email me and say it was on the way please just try them, I did not want them. after weeks of emails, I received the rubber piece of c**p shoes, now they want me to pay shipping to send these horrible piece of c**p shoes back to them.
