Is Bightstore an Untrustworthy Online Store?

Bightstore located at bightstore.com an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell smartphones, smartwatches and other electronics. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

HI everyone I just made a big mistake by ordering a product from Bightstore today
Before inquiring about this company, now I am worried I will not receive my purchase
Has anybody ever received their purchase from them /
Why is this scam company still on the web site then? Where are the authorities
I will try PayPal and cancel my order

I, too, made the mistake of ordering thru their FB ad. I regret it. Their online store says that any cancellation or change has to be made within 24 hours after placing an order. I sent them 4 emails asking for a cancellation of this product and they finally replied 2 days later and said, "We are not doing cancellations at this time, we are busy fulfilling orders. This is a Hot Sale and we cannot cancel. I filed a complaint with PayPal, but haven't heard a thing yet. I don't know what I was thinking when I ordered this without checking them out completely. I will keep you posted on what happens.

I ordered my product from 19 days ago. They haven't sent me any tracking number. I paid for express shipping. Very very bad company. No or very late responses. They are just saying they will ship it but nothing happened. So I am in the middle of dispute my transaction with PayPal now. I made a big mistake of ordering from them in the facebook ad.

I made the mistake of ordering from them and then came across such articles. I am trying to get my funds back and amd trying to get Paypal to honor my request I have emailed the company too and keep being told they are legit and that they are working with the back office to see what they have to do to get me my money.
