The points for reviews are very generous and helpful with purchase discounts. They do not email you with any updates. If you have to return anything it's not worth the cost to ship it back. And, customer service response time is really really slow. You can't reach anyone on the phone. You have to wait for them to approve your return. It's ridiculous. I ordered 6 items and of the 6 only 1 was acceptable. I won't be ordering from them again.
