Cheap clothes, & when your not satisfied they will keep your merchandise & money. I returned items a month ago & they refuse to refund my money or answer my emails.

Very nice clothing but I’ve been waiting over weeks for a tracking number but still nothing and no respond now

I have been a long time shopper at LW and have been satisfied with many of my orders. The points for reviews are very generous and helpful with purchase discounts. Would definitely recommend this site for clothing and accessories.

The shipping and communications for this site is horrible. You do not get a tracking number after the item/items are ship out. They do not email you with any updates. I ordered 8 swim suits; I received 4 of them 28 days after shipping and the other 3 I just received this past Saturday but keep in mind I ordered these items back in the beginning of February.. also I was missing one of the swim suits after I open a dispute they refunded me back.. some of the items not as seem on the site but the swim suits I ordered are all great that’s why I give them at least a 2 for that.. but they most definitely need to work on their shipping and also their communication... and even before the virus their shipping and communications has always been horrible

The material is cheap. You better get your size right the first time. The shipping is mad expensive. If you have to return anything it's not worth the cost to ship it back. And, customer service response time is really really slow. You can't reach anyone on the phone. You have to wait for them to approve your return. It's ridiculous. I ordered 6 items and of the 6 only 1 was acceptable. I won't be ordering from them again.
