Wells Fargo customers who have received the text message below from (434)512-7692 are asked not to follow the instructions in it. This is because the text is a fake and is being sent by cybercriminals who are attempting to trick recipients into clicking on the link in it. The link goes to a fake Wells Fargo website that will ask visitors to sign-in. But, any attempt to sign-in will result in the visitors' credentials being sent to the cybercriminals.
Once the cybercriminals have received the stolen credentials, they will use it to gain access to their potential victims' Wells Fargo accounts.
