I order one fat bike in March 2019 they took 3 times the $136.00; they said was for the bike; now Lucy no longer is replying to my emails. Don't shop from those thieves

I order a fat bike in march and is still waiting also spoke to Lucy, she sent me a tracking number. I tracked the package for over one month they said the stuff was delivered but that's a Lie now they are not answering my emails even the tracking site wouldn't reply to my message.

Don't shop from this site they are God d**n thieves.

I got screwed as well 2 bikes ordered April 5-2019 and no reply. Visa is looking into it! I found 2 other web sites selling the same bikes!

I have similarly, ordered an electric bike on March 29, 2019, and on May 2, 2019 I received a pair of sunglasses from China. I was given tracking numbers and a waiting game. I was in contact with a Lucy at service-maingmail.com; and only one response.
