The website, chaolily.com, is an untrustworthy online store claiming to create custom bobbleheads from your photos. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

Took 10 weeks to received product and it was c**p! Customer Service is not in their vocabulary. Threw the product away but I guess that's how they make their money. Too big of a hassle to try and get a refund and all they offer is to reship. Don't buy ANYTHING from them!

I ordered bras. They did not fit. I was told to sell them myself rather than return them. I found that returning the bras was impossible. VERY poor customer service. DO NOT order from Chaolily! JED

I too, saw their ad on Face Book.
I ordered on July 9, 2019 & money was taken out of my accounts on 7/11/2019 & as of today, NO BRAS!
I’ve sent 2 emails requesting full refund & nothing so far. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I will not give up & will be contacting Face Book in hopes they don’t allow them to advertise on there anymore!

I am trying to contact them about a bra that I ordered on July 9, 2019, they also took my money, as of today September 17, 2019 haven't received said item and can't seem to CONTACT them in anyway to have money refunded.

I ordered 4 bras from chaolily but I am still waiting for my bras for 2 months. No bras and money has not been refunded. Do not order from these people. I wont.

I ordered a bra from this company but it didn't fit.
I contacted them to return it and that's when the problems started - they tried to twist me I knots with their process saying I hadn't ordered it from them.
I have a returns address on the postage label and will be popping round there to get my money back if they don't respond professionally.
they have until Friday and I will report them too.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
