"Overstocked US" is an Untrustworthy Online Store

overstockus is a scam. I ordered a kayak, they took my money through pay pal , said they were part of the Mennonite church. I tried to cancel the order they gave me a fake tracking number for u.s.p.s who does not ship anything that big. Stay away from them

I ordered some rugs but overstock doubled the order I sent all rugs back unopened but overstock kept my money never got my money back. they are in the philliphines the entire time I was trying to speak to the person a rooster was crowing in the back ground he was proably saying hey got your money ha ha will never order from overstock. my comments were more respectful than overstock stealing my money

I bought from them sleeping pillows (81$), and kept following up all the time
They always responded due to orders load that they have, it will be delayed
After 5 months they sent me tracking number. But shipment never reach my country.
Last tracking was final destination in LAOS which I dont know where it is
And now their email is unavailable.
Dunno with whom I should talk 😒🙁

I ordered a digital guitar from them. They said they sent it. The tracking number was fake.
They told me it arrived in the USA and it was now the USPS problem.

I wanted my money back but PayPal refused to give it to me because I had said (on their advice) to try work it out with the company.

Indeed a scam. I bought 3 clock rings in July and never received them. No one responded via phone or email and now the email doesn't exist. USD 82 down the drain.

I ordered from them on 27th April. Didn't receive the goods. Got in touch, they asked me to wait as they have a lot of orders. The tracking number doesn't exist. The company dont answer the phone or reply to emails.

It's 2 months and they told me that because of a huge demand that it will be another 3weeks so that it will be months

Ordered a few pillows and a doggy bed over two months ago and still haven’t received anything! They immediately charged my credit card but I’ve been calling over and over leaving messages and it’s just a recording telling me to leave my order number, etc., and they never call back or return email. Trying to get my money back !

Call your credit card and go over the process of a charge back.

Garbage website with garbage products. Ordered the pillow which took 2 months to arrive. Poor quality and not what was advertised

I ordered a pillow a month ago and have contacted them several times.

They give me a scripted message and a tracking number that has changed twice but still unable to track.

This company needs to be eliminated from social media.

Do not order anything from this company! I ordered a pillow and my credit card was charged right away. It took 6 weeks to arrive from China. Customer Service kept sending me links to a tracking website that only showed it was coming from China, no estimated arrival.

I complained and was sent a new link that showed it had arrived in the US and was being processed for shipping overland. It took 15 days to get to me once it got to the US.

The pillow is poorly made, with no support and shifting stuffing. Because it was offered on sale (half price!), and their policy is that only items sold at full price can be refunded, their 100% guarantee does not apply.

I order the pillow end of December, still don't have it. They refuse to refund my money. I have a claim in with PayPal
