Is viralitygifts.com an Untrustworthy Online Store?

I’ve emailed this place 3 times. Actually spoke with a guy on the phone about why my item hasn’t been shipped. Could not give me and answer. Now when I call I’m on line for around 20 mins thinking I will get to speak with someone and then the recording says mailbox is full and hangs up. Will never buy from this place and recommend everyone to stay clear of them before they loose their mo yeah as I believe I just did.

Will never do business with this company again. I did not like the incense waterfall. I returned by it. They asked for tracking number. I gave them tracking number, now they are not responding. I returned it
over a month a ago.

I ordered the incense foundation didn't work properly and they refused to give me an address to return it said I needed to make a video showing how I used it
