I ordered a floor litter bucket with a mop handle, plate and mop ends, only got 3 mop pads. on the question of why only mop tips, I want a picture of what I ordered and what I actually got. Once I have ordered a full set, how is it that I can only get mop pads. I paid for the whole set.

I ordered the mop and bucket set back in September, all I received is three mop pads, no actual mop and no bucket... So what the h**l is up with that, I screen shot everything! I best recieve the rest of my order!

I ordered a magic mop and some refills for it. Got the refills but never the mop. No way of tracking or contacting.

It is a scam. I bought from them as advertised: Cam Outdoor WiFI Camera - memory card 32G. Received the 32g card without the Cam outdoor camera. Why just advertised the 32g Memory card? Why do they still have to put the WifI Camera? just to mislead the buyer. I'm trying to email them to return the 32g memory card but no reply. Please be aware they are a scam company.

Sorry to hear about your experience with them. I just wish I would have known about this company earlier as I got scam the same way you did. But was able to get ahold of someone in China I’m able to get a refund if I send the cards back that will cost me $ 60 bucks so PayPal will not help me they are on the seller side

I Bought what I thought was a mop & bucket! I only received the pads and was told that this was for the sum of $29.00, I was unhappy and sent them back in August! I'm still waiting for my refund :( All they are doing is ignoring my emails so I don't know what to do next!!

I was scamed also bought the WifI Camaera with 32G memory card only the memory arrived with no camera. as advertised camera 32g memory card. they should be closed down. I know they can just change their name in online.

I bought two pairs of shoes from this website. The came really fast and packaged nice.
BUT the shoes did not fit, I emailed how to return this is their reply:
I feel quite pity to hear you were not satisfy. Too expensive to mail back give to a friend. I am a size 11 yea I have a lot of friends that wear size 11.

Exactly the same happened to me ordered 39 EU size boots came with 40 sticker on and bag said 42. Offered to give me a 5 USD refund. What an insult. Plus I had to pay to ship them back. It was their fault!

I also ordered the mop on September 4,2019 and still haven't received it but it was charged on my card soon I ordered, and yes I wished I'd have read these reviews before I ordered.

I really don't want to think this is a sham considering it's my first time purchasing shoes on line. Ordered in Sept 2019 and now it's the middle of Oct. I'm going to hold out hope they come through

Where did you see this advertised...& then ordered? I can’t find the page where I ordered mine.
It advertised a mop, pail & mop head. After disputing through PayPal, I received 3 mop cloths only. Is that the same for you?
They have 10 more days to respond. I would think after all these complaints of the same nature, someone would stop this from happening to any more people.

Same exact thing happened to me. I ordered what they advertised as the mop, bucket and pads. After almost two months received the pads only. Immediately emailed them to complain. First they said the ad showed only the pads so I sent them a screenshot of the ad and demanded they send the mop and bucket. After many emails they said they would send a link for a discount on those items but the address was no good. Couldn’t get in touch with them after that at all. Very angry. This is the first time I have been disappointed buying online. I will never order from overseas again. Sticking with the U. S. Companies from now on. Signed, really p****d off customer

I too have only received 3 cloths and that's all.

I should have read the reviews before ordering this mop and accessories. Now quite by accident I find a list of unsatisfactory customers that have fallen prey to this unscrupulous and fraudulent so called company that will not refund nor replace the faulty product.
I am now trying to get a cancellation through my credit card company. Hope more people will see these complaints. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE ROUGES! I ordered a mop and bucket but only received 2 mop heads. I had to get Paypal to get my money back and they could only retrieve 50% of it unless I returned the mop heads which would have cost more than the original purchase in postage! STEER WELL CLEAR!

I ordered 4 of the combination Mops over 6 weeks ago...they are on my visa bill BUT no mops...

Unfortunately, I found about this after I was treated bad by Buyforbest (wrong item sent).Paypal decided in their favor. Too late.
