I order a scooter. Never received it.
Charged my credit card said they delivered and never did. Out the money
And my daughter who has a disability will not enjoy it. What a rip off
Will not answer calls.

I also ordered a mobility scooter from this mob. I am from Australia. My order was placed on 1/08/2019. Had an email to say my scooter was on its way haven’t heard from them since.
Have now contacted my bank about this matter.

I ordered a scooter from them on 07/25/19. I have not heard anything from them no reply's where can I start to get my money back.

I ordered a lightweight scooter from them. Received confirmation and then notice it was on its way. Tried to email for a tracking number but no answer. Called the contact number shown on my bank statement and recurved a recorded voice message saying I was being transferred to the Google number where I received a voice mail asking me to leave a message. I have left multiple messages with no response. Filing a fraud with my bank. Now you can't even get their web page. Just says it doesn't exist.
