The "Instagram I Created This Just For You" is another scam being used by online scammers trick Instagram users into disclosing personal and financial information. The scam may also steal Instagram credentials by tricking users into clicking on links that go to fake Instagram websites where visitors are asked to sign-in before they can continue. But, any attempt to sign-in the fake websites will result in the visitors' account credentials being sent to the cybercriminals behind the scam.
Once the cybercriminals have gotten the stolen credentials, they will gain unauthorised access the account, hijack and use them maliciously. Instagram users who have already been tricked by the scam are asked to change their password before their accounts are hijacked and used to scam others.

I received this same message from someone I had just seen and was fooled into thinking it was legit. I clicked on it and there was nothing. Three days later I started receiving messages from many of my followers that they had gotten the same message from me and weren’t able to make it work. Then I knew I had been hacked. I changed my password as soon as possible and posted a note letting people know to not click on that message. I hope that’s the end of it. And lesson learned to never click on something in Instagram.
