I have had the same problem with this Chinese Company!! The first shipment was said to be delivered and WAS NOT!!! I emailed them and they said they would re-ship and now the re-shipment is in limbo!!! I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge!! They are a scam and no one should TRUST THEM!!!

I have been a victim as well. Purchased a workout bench over 6 weeks ago. Have not received it. They emailed me stating it was delivered to local USPS and no where to located this item. Stay away..

I just bought a set of Bowflex Select Tech weights from Batfaery.com. The price/free shipping seemed too good to be true. Luckily, I put the charge on American Express. I found this fraud posting afterwards.

DO NOT BUY FROM BATFAERY.com or DEARJOHNS.com! SCAM. Addresses on websites are private residences and phone numbers don't work. Charge on American Express said "Polivend" in Illinois, but the website for Batfaery says it is in Arlington, Texas. I called phone number for Polivend and reached a private party.
