Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

Wish I had actually searched harder for reviews before I purchased some items on 1/7/20...with only a text confirmation of my order, I emailed customer service at the 30 day mark and said to cancel my order since I had received no status of when I would receive it. After another full week, I received a response “Dear customer, Thanks for your email. As I see, the item in this order is really popular, and we have received a lot positive feedback from customers. Besides. It’s in promotion right now, which is very cost-effective. It’s a pity to cancel order.” Wtf does that even mean? So now it’s 46 days and I just received a text that my order has shipped!? So apparently they refused to cancel my order. Total scam... guess the only good thing is I cannot remember what I ordered since it was awhile ago so I won’t know if they got my order right or wrong! I also just noticed their website is no longer online. Ridiculousness... how did Facebook allow them to promote their site!?

I got the same email as I also told them to cancel and refund my money. They said it was too cost effective to cancel. What does that mean? Still no package or response.

Ordered a sweatshirt from Ouslily and never received the item after they charged my credit card. Contacted customer service and did not get a satisfactory response regarding status.

I ordered a bracelet from this site & it is A JOKE! It is not as pictured! The ‘cord’ is thinner than shown. It is not even as thick as a piece of yarn! A leather cord isn’t supposed to be thread thin! It doesn’t look that way in the pictures! It took over a month to arrive & it is almost useless! Scam.

I ordered an item from this company for my daughter for Christmas. I received an item that was not even close to what I ordered. I have been over a month trying to get this resolved. Today I received a text saying that it was too expensive to ship back. They suggested that I sell it or give it to someone else. They offered me a $5.00 coupon. I would definitely suggest that no one do business with this so called company!

Ordered a jumper off this company, took 6 weeks to arrive, wore once and washed and all the lettering came off, now having a nightmare trying to get a refund!! Stay well clear!
