Is Blvcknoir a Scam or an Untrustworthy Online Store?

Can anyone tell me if Blvcknoir located at www.blvcknoir.com is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell BlackPods? The website claims it has over 10,000 verified customers, but was only created 36 days ago. And, they have no physical address, so I cannot tell where they are located.
