Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

I did the same thing. Contacted my bank and filed a claim, received my money back from the bank, while they investigate. Phone number is a busy signal, no order confirmation, email bounces back. I would contact your bank and file a fraud claim.

I bought a PlayStation 4 from this website and haven’t even received a confirmation code or anything referring to my order. I tried to call the number and no one answers, so who can I call to get my money back or receive what I paid for?

I complained to paypal. The company sent me tracking number first time I checked tracking number it was nothing. Yesterday I checked just for giggles and sure enough a package has been mailed from.....china...so I'll be expecting my playstation 4 in the form of small package of seeds when the package arrives...
