    Yeah, I don't know what's going on with these guys. I made an order from Canada and before it arrived I got a coupon, supposedly from eBay, recommending I reorder the same item, the only difference being the shipping cost. I've received similar bonus coupons from eBay, so I thought, why not? But after I committed to the sale it turns out the coupon was bogus. So I wrote to the seller and explained the situation and left the payment option open until I got a proper coupon code. I left my browser open for several days, no response, nothing. So I cancelled the sale. Then eBay sent me a notice that the seller had filed a claim against me, pay up or face repercussions. eBay recommended contacting the seller to resolve any issues. Again I sent a message directly to the seller and asked them to fix the problem but the response was, "dear customer,

    sorry for the problem .

    You need contact with ebay this problem .

    That was at after a long weekend at 7:00 am

    At about 1:00 pm this afternoon I get this from eBay:

    "Payment for this item hasn't been received during the past 8 days.

    usbestshop has cancelled the transaction, and you're no longer entitled to receive the item. Also, an unpaid Item has been recorded on your account."

    I've been trying to wrap my head around this but I just don't get it.

    Unfortunately I have made a purchase from this company, been over a month now and nothing has arrived, emailed the company a few times they gave me a bogus tracking number, reported them to my bank and I'm in the process of getting my money back😠
