I don't trust it either. They are trying to fool people by using EtrHealth.com, when the real site is .org.
I don't trust it. I just was sent one of these by a friend. She confirmed she did send it at least. The fact that the English is not good had me skeptical. It did not open anything on my droid phone; not gonna try on my computer.
