It's a scam for those who bought it on Indiegogo.com
They ran a campaign there and most of us did not get it delivered to us.
They kept stringing people along with promises of delivery only to drop off and never update us anymore.
So tricky question whether it's a scam.
YES it is.
But NO, maybe they are delivering to new buyers now.

No, it is not a scam. Don't be silly. It is available on Amazon for quite a while. How can it be a scam?
I bought one on their official site on 17 July 2021 and have it shipped to London, UK. Guess what? Arrived in a little over 3 days. It is awesome.
