Is clarksu.com a real company? I ordered two pairs of sandals from them on Facebook and when I went online to check my order, they said there was no such order form?

    • August 14, 2020 at 10:39 AM by info

The website is appears to be down, it is not coming up.

  • August 4, 2020 at 3:07 PM by an anonymous user from: Leland, North Carolina, United States

A total disgrace! I ordered a pair of shoes that took 2 months to arrive. They were made of cheap cardboard and felt. I asked to return them and they offered me $8 then $10 then $12 to not return them. I paid $39 with shipping.I got Paypal involved and they got them to agree to a full refund but I have to ship them back to Hong Kong, which will cost over $100. There return policy on their website says they offer full refunds and shipping is only paid once by the customer. However, they do not honor their own policy. Never order from them.

This company is fraud and it provides fake products from China and advertised as quality merchandise.

I have reported to the state and federal fraud agencies and you should do the same. Their site should be shut down and go arrest the people listed in Texas if indeed there is anyone at that address.

  • July 23, 2020 at 4:26 AM by an anonymous user from: Doylestown, Pennsylvania, United States

Same thing. The cardboard shoes, advertised as leather, arrived 2 months later. I purchased using PayPal and thought there would be some buyer protection. I was wrong. Supplied all the documentation, photos, etc. PayPal denied my claim, I guess they think it’s ok for a company to advertise leather shoes, for $43.98, and then deliver cardboard covered in felt, worth maybe $2.00. What a scam. Stay away from this company and don’t purchase through PayPal unless it’s from a well-known company, like Macy’s or Amazon.

  • July 20, 2020 at 12:18 AM by an anonymous user from: Idaho, United States

Feel bad I was scammed. I will from now on only purchase from a store. I used my birthday money to purchase some shoes. The buckles were so strange and every time I stepped my heel came out of the shoe.

  • July 10, 2020 at 10:13 PM by an anonymous user from: Wyckoff, New Jersey, United States

    A Sham.

Shoes were made of cardboard..sized incorrectly...emails from China would not give any return information. Fictitious phone number...do not use this fraudulent company.

    • July 14, 2020 at 10:47 AM by an anonymous user from: Bentleyville, Pennsylvania, United States

I wish I would have found this site sooner. I too bought the cardboard shoes. Size was fine by quality is garbage. I have emailed them to return and I just tried to call the number today and it does nothing. They are definitely fraudulent. I guess I just wasted money.

  • July 8, 2020 at 9:28 AM by an anonymous user from: Boca Raton, Florida, United States

Not only did it take several months for order to arrive, the quality of the shoes were horrible. Barbie and Ken shoes were of much better quality. The shoes were at least 2 sizes off

Shameful a company would sell such garbage. Also my family member ordered 2 dresses Saturday before Mother's Day. Have not heard from company or received merchandise. How do we protect our elderly population who shop on line?

  • July 7, 2020 at 2:47 PM by an anonymous user from: East Hartford, Connecticut, United States

Absolutely horrible! Do not buy! I paid $65 for two pair of dollar store quality shoes! I can't even wear a pair because the buckles are broken! there is no where to attach the buckle to the adjoining ankle strap of the shoe! also, the shoes have a terrible oder of cat pee! ordered on 4/26 didn't receive until 6/27.

very disappointed the social media sites advertise these products!

    • July 7, 2020 at 6:18 PM by an anonymous user from: Bellevue, Washington, United States

The same exact thing happened to me! I’ve been complaining and corresponding with their customer service and they’ve offered me a $2 dollar refund! They said that returning the item would cost me about $20 in shipping. I asked them where I am shipping my return and haven’t heard from them yet. The product arrived from Arizona so I told them I’m not returning this to China I expect to return it to Arizona and I wish to do so because these are totally junk and misrepresented product

  • June 30, 2020 at 6:36 PM by an anonymous user from: Tampa, Florida, United States

I looked at the company before I ordered and was taken to a site that said the company was in the US. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes ($78 total) on 4/26 and paid for 3 day shipping...they were delivered from China (not the US) today,, 6/30/2020. The quality is horrible and the sizing is even worse. Shame on Facebook and Instagram for allowing this company to advertise as a legitimate company with good products.

  • June 29, 2020 at 3:28 PM by an anonymous user from: Dubuque, Iowa, United States

I ordered shoes from them with the same experience as other people on here. I am trying to return them and waiting for the website to return an email. They sent me one email telling me it isn't worth returning them due to the cost of the shipping. I told them I want to get their address and research for myself. In the meantime I have done some research on here and found their address they listed as : 10 Midway Road, Suite 220, Carrollton, TX 75007. I dont know whether that is a real address or not but if it is, I will be sending the shoes. They told me in my email they are located internationally. I reported the site to the BBB and contacted my bank. They are both looking into the company and my purchase. I just want my money back.

  • June 28, 2020 at 7:50 AM by an anonymous user from: Wyckoff, New Jersey, United States

I purchased a pair of sandals online on April 29, 2020...received them on June 25, 2020. came in a bag that had no return address. The shoes wee made out of a cardboard like material and did not even fit like a shoe! Phone numbers are disconnected...I emailed BuyBuyDay and got a reply from a? email from Chine...still no return address available. I have reported this scam to BBB.

  • June 27, 2020 at 2:46 PM by an anonymous user from: Lowell, Massachusetts, United States

I ordered shoes on May 4, 2020. I received them on June 27, 2020. They are not as advertised online at all. They are of poor workmanship and inferior material. They were shipped in just a bag, not a box. They even smell weird. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. I want to return them, but do not have the original shipping bag that they came in, which BuyBuy requires for any return. There wasn't even a receipt or shipping paperwork in the bag. What a scam this company is. Stay away. I didn't, and now I'm out $39!

  • June 26, 2020 at 11:19 AM by an anonymous user from: Brownsburg, Indiana, United States

Ordered shoes on May 1st and 2 months later still no shoes! Scam!

    • June 27, 2020 at 6:32 AM by an anonymous user from: Scituate, Massachusetts, United States

I ordered shoes on April 27 - arrived yesterday. Total disappointment - they're awful. I emailed three times to get information. So much for 14-day delivery! They literally came on a slow boat from China (I saw that on the tracking). Then I spent a nice holiday at the Port of LA. And a 2-week vacation in KY. I hope you at least are satisfied with the product. NEVER AGAIN!

  • June 25, 2020 at 3:37 PM by an anonymous user from: Roanoke, Virginia, United States

The money was withdrawn on 4/11/2020 and still no shoes - the tracking shows it processed through the carrier in China on 5/1/2020 and is in "transit". Really?

I am going to see if my credit card company will go after them.

  • June 25, 2020 at 8:56 AM by an anonymous user from: Durham, North Carolina, United States

Please do not buy from them, you will not get your order and they will not refund your money. They do correspond with you just to lead you on to keep waiting. One time they told me that they couldn't refund my money because my order was in transit. Well it's been in transit for 3 month now! If you want to give away money find a local charity where it will do some good.

  • June 19, 2020 at 12:41 PM by an anonymous user from: Boulder, Colorado, United States

After reading all these comments, I realize I have been taken. Well, lesson learned. I'm out only $45. I've been ordering online for 2 decades and have NEVER had any trouble. The worst part is, I saw their ad on The Washington Post website. I'll be contacting them, as well as the FTC, though I don't really believe it will do any good.

The funniest thing of all is that there is an ad right on this web page about Holapick-another scam website. This is what a google search turned up:

Holapick located at holapick.com is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell dresses, shoes, and accessories. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store.

So, do legit website like this one have no control over what ads run on their pages?

  • June 16, 2020 at 4:18 PM by an anonymous user from: United States

I ordered 3 pair of sandles from them back in March.. Never received a thing and can't get any info on how to contact them. I had one reply from them with a new tracking number but that was bogus. Is there anything I can do? About refund or does anyone have a current phone or address for them? Thank you

  • June 15, 2020 at 5:47 PM by an anonymous user from: Springfield, Missouri, United States

at my age I should know better than NOT check for a scammer. but this time I didn't, I bought a pair of supposed orthopedic sandals and spent $42 total including fast shipment may 29th . I still have not received anything. the number for tracking they gave issues that there is nothing as far as that number is concerned. from now on I check everything before I buy it online. I hope they are not able to take anything more from my debit card. I cannot afford to get a new one right now as my social security goes on there every month, I will be closely checking my account...

I order a pair of shoes on April 13th 2020. And I still have not gotten them . I have tried to email. Call. NOTHING. Now I’m out the money. And I feel embarrassed. Not only that I had to change my card because I don’t want them using it. How AWFUL CAN YOU BE . KlDean

  • June 14, 2020 at 9:38 PM by an anonymous user from: Dayton, Ohio, United States

Hello I also ordered 4 pairs of shoes totaling 119.96. I received an email stating that due to COVID-19, there was a delay in receiving my shoes. I too thought nothing of it due to the COVID-19. Now I cannot get in contact with anyone from this establishment. I suggest that no one order from this website. They are scam artist. I pray they have an answer when they meet Jesus and the Father and tell them why they did what they did.

Anyone reading this message stay safe in the COVID-19 world.

Also, if you haven’t, file a complaint with The Federal Trade Commission. If they get enough complaints they will look into it. The number is 202-326-2222. Then, file one with you Attorney General and local Better BBB. It took me 1 1/2 months to get the crappy shoes and now I cannot reach anyone to get a return address.

  • June 13, 2020 at 8:20 AM by an anonymous user from: Brooklyn, New York, United States

I ordered 4 pairs of shoe on April 17, 2020 totaling 119.96. I thought nothing of the fact that I hadn’t received anything as of this date 6/13/20 because of the corona virus incident. I thought things was delayed because of it. I emailed them and received no response. Now it is probably too late to receive a refund and definitely too late to stop payment. I never received a response or my merchandise. I suggest to look into everything, especially at this particular time during the corona virus when everything is closed and a lot of people or depending on, on line orders are being taken advantage of. Do not order from them. I strongly advise everybody to not order from them. Stay Blessed and stay safe.

  • June 12, 2020 at 2:06 PM by an anonymous user from: United States

Dont buy from them! Took 8 weeks to get my shoes. I had to send a threatening email to get them. Look NOTHING like picture. VERY cheap quality. Look like suede in pic, but it's almost like cheap cloth matterial. Soles look cheaply glued together. I would NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN. Some overseas company. You can just tell.

  • June 12, 2020 at 9:38 AM by an anonymous user from: South Jordan, Utah, United States

Buybuydays says on their website 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I bought sandals that they claim are great for your feet. They don't stay on and they are cheep no way close to what they claim they were. Asked me to send pics. I did they said I looked like a thin beautiful lady but I never sent a pick with them on me. Gave me c**p about sending them back. Never experienced a company this bad. The bottom of their website says free shipping, contact us, and find us on different social media platforms and when you actually click in them it goes nowhere. They are the worst

Everyone posting on here, please, please contact The Federal Trade Commission and file a complaint. The information to reach them is below. I made my complaint today. I placed an order on May 1st and have not received my merchandise. Also, contact your state Attorney General and file a complaint. FTC Number: 1-877-382-4357 or go online at www.ftc.gov/complaint. If enough people complain they will look into it.

    My email response:

"Your Customer Service Team is a disgrace to well meaning on line companies. How dare you tell me what looks good and to donate or give to charity. Then you further insult me by offering $10. I spent over $100.00 on your dissatisfying product. I wish I would have checked into your company before I purchased as I now have learned you have a poor reputation by others. Your name and aliases are becoming known.

Do the right thing and refund my money so that at least I can right a review about you honoring customer recovery. STAND IN YOUR TRUTH!

    Dr. Bryant"

  • May 28, 2020 at 3:15 AM by an anonymous user from: Euless, Texas, United States

I am with you all. I usually don’t order on line, but the shoes were so cute. I ordered on May 1st and haven’t received anything. It may not help, but maybe if all of us complain, something will be done. Contact the Federal Trade Commission, The Federal Communication Commission and your Attorney General. I’m starting my fight today.

  • May 25, 2020 at 2:22 PM by an anonymous user from: Columbia, Tennessee, United States

Never buy from this company. They ship what they want when they want. Paying through PayPal doesn’t help. If you complain they open an investigation then decline your complaint. The products are inferior in quality and you are not told the products are shipping from China. Shame on this company and PayPal for supporting this website.

Same for me. They keep me hanging on. So far no product.

  • May 15, 2020 at 9:04 AM by an anonymous user from: Omaha, Nebraska, United States

    Good morning:

I also ordered shoes from buybuydays. .59.00 worth. Nothing they are telling you is the truth. They state 100% money back . Satisfaction guaranteed. Etc. this is a big scam. Have been in contact with customer service writing emails. Have sent pictures, as requested, not sure what for.

If a customer is not satisfied, they should get their money back. Have been told these are casual shoes and the fit is loose. They have seen pictures of them on my foot. They say they fit fine? The shoes fall off your feet when you walk. Have been offered 10% refund, 20% Off next purchase, never. They feel it would cost me too much to return shoes and they could get lost or held up in customs. When we purchased these shoes it said "free shipping' free returns " on the pop up.

I am shocked that PayPal supports this website. Something needs to be done to prevent them from falsely advertising! They simply want your money and from that point, you are on your own! Their shoes are cute in the pictures but don't let yourself get trapped and fall into the same situation we are all experiencing.

  • May 10, 2020 at 3:03 AM by an anonymous user from: Dallas, Texas, United States

I wish I had seen these comments before I ordered two pairs of sandals with them, they are made of poor quality materials. I contacted them about returning them and they are giving me the run around as well and offered me a 10 or 15% discount on my next order like if I’m crazy to buy from them again.. will be contacting pay pal for a refund and the shoes are going in the garbage!

  • May 4, 2020 at 4:06 PM by an anonymous user from: Groton, Connecticut, United States

Absolute SCAM company! I ordered a maxI dress and the leopard print sandals. I ordered sizes in both based on their website sizing. The fit for both was completely wrong!

The shoes are supposed to be supportive, but are flimsy and look as if they would fall apart in 1 wear. The dress is made of cheap polyester material and feels like a cheap shower curtain! I order online frequently, but this was the worst experience ever!

When asked to return the items (their website boasts easy exchanges, etc within 30 days), they asked for multiple pictures to get their “approval “ for a return. On top of that, you would have to pay the shipping fees to China! They are in no way based out of London. The only offer was then for a $5 credit on my next purchase with them(which I obviously wouldn’t do).

Responses from emails take days, customer service is horrible.

Be sure not to buy from this scam company!

  • May 4, 2020 at 11:25 AM by an anonymous user from: Hallandale, Florida, United States

I ordered a pair of shoes on Instagram. I immediately sent an email to cancel when I received two purchase confirmations. One from BuyBuydDays and one from a company in China. They refused to cancel my order (must US companies would have). Instead they reiterated what a great product they had. I continually asked for the cancellation and they always responded with a discount offer and another item. I finally received the item and it was torn.

I sent pics of the shoes. Their response was that I tore them on purpose which was untrue. I have been going back and forth with them since March 13 2020. It has been horrible and I have yet to get a refund. They always send me a discount offer than threaten that I will have to pay very high shipping costs to return my item to Hong Kong. Don not do business with this company. I am so upset that I did and am out $38 for it.

  • April 29, 2020 at 11:56 AM by an anonymous user from: New Iberia, Louisiana, United States

ordered 2 pair of sandals, they were too big and I tried 5 times emailing them to return them and had no response from them. I tried calling this number 1-8333755379 that is listed on their website and no one answers, you just hear music. I am very unhappy with this company. Facebook needs to prohibit them from advertising on their site. Don't buy from this company.

    • April 30, 2020 at 6:29 PM by an anonymous user from: Dorchester, Massachusetts, United States

Website says no returns or cancellations. Im unhappy with my shoes and emailed them. They said "give the shoes to a friend and we will credit you $4 on your CC. Great, thanks! Worst company ever.

Ordered sandals 4 weeks ago and haven’t received them.

I tried to track the number of the package supposedly sent but it looks like the package is going around the world and has not arrived to the destination.

    Poor shipping service

    Poor customer service

Not interested in getting the merchandise anymore.

  • April 25, 2020 at 5:05 PM by an anonymous user from: San Francisco, California, United States

Bought a pair of sandals that they said were very flexible and referred by podiatrists. Received them today after waiting weeks and weeks and they are terrible! Stiff as can be! Hard as a rock! Totally different color! Very disappointed! We own a business and I know you can't please everyone but they just totally lied about these sandals. That's not o.k.! Do not buy their shoes!

    • April 25, 2020 at 8:46 PM by an anonymous user from: Malden, Massachusetts, United States

I bought them too! There is no give or elastic on top of the shoe. I cannot walk in them. They are flat and hard. No returns allowed either. Guess I wasted my money.serves me right for buying online from an unknown site!

Maybe someone is shipping them from their living room. 😂 Weird. Just wasted $40 when I could have found something just as cute at DSW!

All of the addresses listed on the website are fake - middle of highways

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company, they are the worst and I think their website is extremely misleading. You cannot return an item and they only offer a 10% discount on future purchases. Like I would ever buy anything from them again, Buyer beware!

I ordered a pair of sandals March 19 and was guaranteed delivery in 14 business days. As of today I have not received this and tried emailing them several times with no response. They do not pick up phone at all. Very suspicious, this company, and Im disputing this payment. Do not order from them

When I called I heard music and I just put it on speakerphone, after about 10 min I got a voice mail prompt to leave a message. I did and got an email the next day.

They won't refund your money, they told me to give them to a friend and they will put $4 back on my c.c.

      Laughable.

I got mine after about 4 weeks. Didn't even cone in a box. They were wrapped in bubble wrap then shoved into a Ziploc bag. Warning. They are not what was pictured. I cannot wear them. They have a no return or cancellation policy.

Same situation as you described. My shoes looked like they were made of foam and the pictures appeared to look like suede. Very angry.

I placed a shoe order March 2, 2020. They billed me right away. They claim the shoes were shipped March 30th. I still haven't received the order. My bad, I didn't feel confident when I made the purchase. I should have followed my gut instincts. They are thieves.

I cancelled an order March 13, 12 hours after I placed it and still arguing with this company. The only thing is they tell me is they will refund me $5 for my 35.98 order
