I ordered a pair of shoes that took 2 months to arrive. They were made of cheap cardboard and felt. I asked to return them and they offered me $8 then $10 then $12 to not return them. I paid $39 with shipping.I got Paypal involved and they got them to agree to a full refund but I have to ship them back to Hong Kong, which will cost over $100. There return policy on their website says they offer full refunds and shipping is only paid once by the customer. However, they do not honor their own policy. The cardboard shoes, advertised as leather, arrived 2 months later. I purchased using PayPal and thought there would be some buyer protection. I was wrong. Supplied all the documentation, photos, etc. PayPal denied my claim, I guess they think it’s ok for a company to advertise leather shoes, for $43.98, and then deliver cardboard covered in felt, worth maybe $2.00. What a scam.
