Is Kaaum a Scam Shoe Store? See the Review of the Online Shop?

I ordered a pair of vintage leather boots from Kaaum store at www.kaaum.com. What I received was a pair of plastic or vinyl boots, nothing like what’s shown online. Yes, the price was good and free shipping was nice, but they lied about the material and quality of their products. I contacted them for a return/refund and they refused. They did offer to let me keep the poor quality boots and offered a $5 refund. I paid $40.
