Visibeald located at www.visibeald.com is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell mantel clocks, address plaques, trees, tumblers, and other products. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

Two months after placing an order with these Chinese “merchants” my credit card company adjudicate a refund to me. I ordered an electronics case and 6 weeks later received a pair of sun glasses. They wanted me to return the plastic sunglasses at my expense before they would allegedly send the right item. Claimed it was a warehouse error. The return would have been sent back to China. We never got that far as my credit card company intervened. The whole process was one failed promise after another. If the price is a great deal lower than the brand name product should cost, you’ll not ever receive it but rather a long process of trying to hey you to go away.
Yes, Visibeald is a scam. I purchased a refurbished camera from the Visibeald.com website. I immediately received a receipt for my purchase, but didn't hear anything from them for weeks afterward. I was finally able to contact them via email (visibeald@outlook.com), and the sent me a tracking number from China.The item connected the that tracking number arrives a couple or weeks later. They sent me a pair of knock-off Ray Ban sunglasses. Not the camera that I ordered.I tried contacting them again, just incase they accidentally mixed up my order with someone else's But I have not received any replies.So, yes. Visibeald is a scam.
I purchased a Vanguard 40f protective case for Optics from Visibeald and have not received it after 3 weeks. What I did receive was a pair of plastic glasses. They have stopped communicating with me and I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Very bad experience. Don't be fooled by low prices.
