I too ordered a small tent for my kid that was in the $70's and received a cheap foldable tent. I was livid. I realized it was a scam. When I tried reaching out to them to request refund no reply. They are definitely a China based company. I will never order ANYTHING that comes from China for this very reason
I too have made the same mistake! I ordered 2 girls’ tents in early May and only received them in late June after I placed a complaint with my credit card company who reversed the payment. But yesterday, I received a letter from the bank that they have proceeded with the transaction in favour of the merchant as the goods were received. The tents they delivered were of inferior quality, made of plastic and cost to the value of about USD18 for both. I made a payment of USD144 for the two tents. I am annoyed with my bank for honouring a fraudulent merchant! It was irresponsible and unethical of them. Even if I had returned and sent back the plastic tents, postage would have cost me more plus I was not confident that my complaints to them would be entertained as you are talking of 4 months of transaction issue. I hope no one else falls trap to this fraudster. And the banks should play their part too and not succumb to such bad business ethics!
I have made the same mistake as I ordered on this solarsvip shop a tent for my girl - paid 70$ and have been waiting for 2 months now and I dont think they will deliver anything to me at this point. I feel so disappointed and from now on I will not order anything else unless it is from Amazon ... This is disgrace ...
