Is royalmail osmnow.com Royal Mail Email a Scam?

I have received an email from royalmail@osmnow.com and want to know if the email address is valid. I know Royal Mail's website address is royalmail.com, so why would they send emails from this website osmnow.com. I did some research on osmnow.com and found out it provides third-party services, so I am wondering if they providing services for Royal Mail.
