Is Yagood Technology Scam? Reviews and Complaints

How does one recieve the refund I ordered in in 2020 but has not yet received the goods. How do we resolved this or expose this scambgs.

They are scam artists.
I ordered a steel drum, and then got confirmation from Hong Kong, so immediately cancelled the order. The entered about 3 months of emails back of forth of them assuring me my refund was on the way, and blaming the delay on 'paypal' being down...I didn't pay via paypal so that was a bit of a red flag to say the least hahaha.
Eventually I contacted my banks fraud department and they were able to handle the refund, so please please please don't order anything from these people, but if you already have I recommend getting in touch with your bank, because you're refund will never arrive any other way!

I ordered a product from Yagood on 12-28-20, haven’t received it or an answer from them. This company is a scam. I’m never ordering anything from China again.

Yahoo’s Technology in Hong Kong is a scam do not order from them!! Ordered a drum and received a totally different much a cheaper toy drum. When I emailed customer service their response was to offer me a 15% credit and I could keep the item! They also said to be patient . I requested their return address and they will not provide it, it’s a bait and switch. I w

The EXACT same thing happened to me. I ordered the 14-in blue drum, and they sent a 9-inc toy drum. They told me I could keep the small drum and they would offer me a  credit. Wish I'd done a little more research before ordering. I'm working with my credit card company and reported the problem, but they say if they company has a written policy allowing them to substitute merchandise we may be out of luck.

It's a scam. I purchased under the CupamI name. They sent me the incorrect size drum. I disputed the charges and will get my money back thru my credit card!!!! but unfortunately not the product I purchased.

I ordered and paid for items worth $49 and got different items worth $5(see price on Aliexperess).
Now YAGOOD TECHNOLOGY want me to return the $5 Items and pay shipping cost.

I ordered two healing drums. I did receive the drums except the tones are not accurate or tuned. They double charged me and won't return half my money. I disputed with the bank. The company sent paperwork convincing the bank it was legitimate. I'm fighting with my bank now. Yagood is a scam.

I've seen them as Cupami, Mr Puzzle and Likesupermarket, they're just the ones I can remember off the top of my head! Absolutely disgusting that a supposedly respectable place like Hong Kong allows this company to continue trading!

I have ordered an ice machine, paid $57 for it, they always say it's shipping out and never got it, can the bank do something to this people. They are scamming us. As I'm a pensioner that's not right what they doing, you can threr always showing staff to be.
Can someone do something to help us please?

I bought 2 automated dogs and received 2 tiny stuffed toys. Received credit card statement and company charged also non sterling transaction fee. I checked company name YAGOOD TECHNOLOGY HONG KONG and they are listed as fraudulent scammers. I reported to my bank’s credit card by phone, had to fill in online questionnaire and changed my credit card number. That was three months ago. Today my statement arrived showing similar amount deducted!

I ordered two puzzles, and after over 8 weeks, I received two totally different puzzles that are quite ugly. After getting the run around trying to get my money back, I finally contacted Capital One, who credited my account, but then re-instated the charge after contacting Yagood Technology who said I failed to provide proof that what I received didn't match the description of what I ordered.

After sending Capital One proof that what I received wasn't what I ordered, they are still saying the original investigation was decided appropriately. So I may have to just put it down as "lesson learned", but I'm really disappointed in Capital One.

I did, and Capital One refunded me. But then they contacted Yagood and re-charged my account after Yagood said I received what I ordered. I disputed that, but Capital One closed the case.

I purchased clothing from Zuinic and never received . Credit card purchases appears as yahoo’s technology. I paid 110.00 Canadian dollars. Totally scam.

I, too bought items online and was charged right away from Ya good Technology, on September 8. What I want to know is if there is any recourse since the shopping site comes up through Facebook???

Good luck with that! You're in the same boat as me and who knows how many (probably hundreds) others,from what I've been reading on various sites. The only thing that you can do is file a complaint with Facebook. But that won't get your money back. You need to contact your bank or credit card company asap. They will most likely refund the charge on your statement and investigate Ya Good. You may want to close your account and get a new card if you have several charges or were charged without ordering from them. I have a feeling your cc company has already been investigating Yagood Technologies HK. Good luck!

Dang it, I've been scammed!! the company name online is: sigerplus, for comfortable women's clothing, but the charge at my bank was Yagood Technology Hong Kong!! Beware folks, it seems they post the same clothes on Fb and Instagram, with different names, but the same merchandise, and then no deliveries on the merchandise! :(

I ordered a hand trimmer chain saw and was charged on my credit card on sept 6 and never heard or seen my saw...either get me the saw or a refund on my money...I have waited long enough...

I ordered thru Ligeeye on facebook of 50 shoebox and reply with email serice-rhxrey.xyz and WH-CSC (bantingbiayvg2050-gmail.com) is a scam. paid $139.99 and order amount is $149.99 for 50 shoe box. picture is hard plastics but came in paper shoe box. oh! was totally rip off and scam.

I ordered shoeboxes from Lifesease.com, which is another fake front of Yagood, and their "customer service contact" is also from WH-CSC but under a different gmail. Be aware friends!

I ordered a toy dog and got my bank to stop the payment to this scammer. I do not need to pay, lucky me.

I think banks are antI scammers and will help you to raise the disputed amount.
