I purchase $4.99 but charge me $96. How to refund?It says that it was returned to vietnam for not passing to the customs clearance and failed to meet the quarantine standard.

Purchased sandals $2.19 was charged 79.84, plus they tried to make 3 other purchased on my card with 3 different websites almost totally 300.00. What a scam
