Is Ancmis a Scam? See the Review of the Online Store

I ordered through incmis. An Adjustable Ergonomic Portable Aluminum Laptop Desk Stand. I did not receive the item as advertised and they want me to send them more money to get what I ordered to begin with. Then they offered a $10.00 refund and to keep the one piece that cannot be used for anything. I refused and they said to ship it back at my own expense and if they think it is what they sent they may refund my money. I am trying to get my money back through Paypal and alert them to this company. I am so frustrated by this company. You can only contact them through an email company when you get an answer there is no one else that you an contact with the complaint.

I'm requesting a refund via PayPal. I was following up on my orders and forgot I ordered 5 small 2020 Water-cooled air conditioners for my rooms. I googled the address, support-dreamxin.com, and found all these websites saying they are a scam. The ad on FB was gone and I could not find sunlight technologies. I hope PayPal will refund me.

Is SUNLIGHT (dreamxin.com) a scam?
I placed an order over 7 weeks ago.
None of their email addresses are valid.
I will have to try & recover my payment through Pay Pal.

exactly in the same boat, nothing seems to work, tried loads of email addresses. Is this a SCAM, IF SO HOW AS PAY PAL LET OUR PAYMENTS THROUGH SURELY PAY PAL MUST CHECK THESE COMPANIES, NOW I HAVE TO TRY GETTING MY MONEY BACK.
