Is Odcollective a Scam? Review of the Online Store

I have been an "ambassador" for about 3 months for Odcollective located at odcollective.com. I really like their style, but when it comes to quality and service they are just the worse. I waited for 1 to 5 months for my order and got some free glasses with it that broke after 1 day. When I was waiting for my 1st order, I ordered again (I know, stupid idea) for a T-shirt. It arrived in size L instead of S and until this day they never replied to my e-mails or DMs.
