Sketch! No doubt! Too much headache to cancel or dispute charges for counterfeit tv if you ever receive anything. Save the trouble and run.

Major scam alert! Same thing happening to us right now. Can hardly ever get through to someone. On the rare chance we do, it's always someone different giving some stupid excuse about delays in shipping. Super shady. Doesn't give detailed info on tv or who to contact. Never got anything and haven't been charged on credit card either. What the heck? I have no idea what they're up to.

Went online and found TV I had been shopping for. Made purchase online. Got a call 15 to 20 mins later from a Jeff. Told me my TV wasn't recognized by manufacturer and would not be warrantied. Proceeded to talk about 3 other models and finally sold me a tv. Got a receipt with no model info. Emailed 3x to get info. Turns out not TV I wanted or was told I was buying. Emailed them and trucking company 5x to modify/cancel with no reply. Called multiple times no reply. Disputed charge with cc. Complete scam. Don't even bother with these people.

Complete scam! Bait and switch. No intention of actually selling you the TV you think you bought. Very bad!

OMG, they are definitely not legit! The tried to bait and switch me with a lower quality OLED TV with the EXACT same product number.

See https://www.tvtronix.com/Search.asp?q=65cxp and note that the normal one is made in Mexico, but the lower price one is "8 bit" color, not 10-bit. They claim that it's the commercial version that doesn't need that higher quality. What a SCAM
