Is Loragal a Scam? Review of loragal.com Online Store

I am extremely disappointed with Loragal at www.loragal.com! I only made one order but purchased two items that were delivered separately. I received the incorrect item for both of my purchases! I've notified customer service numerous times and keep getting their automated response that refers to me as their "friend"! My options are to keep the item and get a $25 gift card to their store or return it back to China at my expense! I've sent pictures confirming their error and am still being held accountable as if I did something wrong! Well, I did... I purchased it from Loragal and now I feel victimized! Please heed this warning and do not order from this company! I'm going to notify my bank because this is fraud and take it even further if necessary!
