Just got a fraud alert from my credit card. The alert said Etisalat Quick Pay from the UAE tried to charge my card. Has anyone received the Etisalat Quick Pay fraud alert? If you have , please share what you know in a comment below.

Same thing happened to me on my debit card. A charge of $136 on 11/21.
