Scammers are sending scam text messages and making scam calls from 619 area code telephone numbers to potentials. The scammers may claim that potential victims need to log in at some phishing website for some so-called prize, package delivery, secret government plan or claim some shipment was delayed.

I hit a call from this man Michael clark legal department.. 619-533-0377. A claim from 2020 but wouldn't give me the address from the debt collectors...

619-722-9560 was pretending to be a famous celeb, and attempted to scam me out of first $750.00, but when I told him I was broke, he lowered it to $500.00. This was first for a VIP Fan Club card, then just a regular card. When I told him that I did not have any money at all, he was gone faster than he tried to Romance Scam me.
He claimed that he was currently in VA, but the area code tells a different story.
