Sphaeratuum Scam and Phishing Website

Scammers are sending out fake messages with links to the phishing website sphaeratuum.com. So far, the fake messages claim the recipients' Netflix account has been blocked, IRS is holding their stimulus checks, there is a special grant from the Department of Government Affairs, or their Walmart package has arrived. Below are samples of the fake messages.

Walmart sent me a message. Click to redeem." 💰

Some of the fake messages threaten arrest and legal action. This is done to trick potential victims into following the scammersi instructinos without thinking.

If you get a message that contains a link not sphaeratuum .com, post it in a comment below and then delete it. Do not click the link or follow the instructions in it.
