Is Mondreamy a Scam? Review of the Online Store

I paid $44.98 (including shipping) for a rattan table and chairs. Yes! I probably should have realised it sounded too good to be true! I didn’t receive any confirmation that my order had been shipped. I only received a tracking number after I enquired via e-mail. I received a small flat parcel consisting of some sort of handbag or sock organiser / divider. Luckily I paid via PayPal. I lodged a dispute and was advised that Mondreamy offers a $22.00 refund (half the total amount I paid). The only way I could get a full refund was if I returned the item I received. Now knowing that I was dealing with scamsters, I decided to accept the 50 % refund. Because if I had returned the item, they would probably have said they never received it and I would have gotten no refund at all. Mondreamy, just because people should realise if it is too good to be true, it probably is, does not make you less of a scamster. You should be ashamed of yourself for taking money from people and not giving them what they expect (an expectation you created)! The day will come when you get what you deserve! What goes around comes around. Karma will get you!

I ordered rattan dining tables and chairs through a Facebook ad and received something different with a cost of $ 1 and pay much more.. I have read elsewhere that they scam people, sell something and send another low cost...I hope this comment helps so that more people do not fall for this scam

Ordered rattan dining tables and chairs thru facebook ad and I received different items so it will be showing in USPS that it was delivered. I received dying plants and a plastic. I thought I can save some money because it was cheap but I got scammed! I hope FB should investigate ADS before they advertise it.

It is a scam I ordered the the same thing but I received a 2oz. I don't know what it is. Mondreamy wants to offer me 8 dollars but I paid $38.99 for the rattan dining table and chair:(.

I ordered rattan dining set and tables ( will be made from CHINA) and it was showing in the email thru USPS Informed Delivery Emails that it will be delivered to my place. So I know before hand when to received it. I was surprised when I checked the USPS it says it was delivered in 2 separate days. The only deliveries I have are 1 dying plant and 1 plastic sheet I dont know what is that for. Meaning, it will be showing that it was delivered to your place. I thought I saved some money but I was scammed.
