The website, t-mobilesettlement.com, is authorized by the Court, supervised by Counsel and controlled by Kroll Settlement Administration, the Settlement Administrator approved by the Court, and is the only authorized website for the T-Mobile Data Breach Settlement case.
A class action settlement has been proposed in a case against T-Mobile US, Inc. and T-Mobile USA, Inc. relating to a data breach that T-Mobile announced on August 16, 2021. Preliminary Approval of the Proposed Settlement was granted on July 26, 2022.
