I have never been so disappointed with PayPal as I am right now. I don't know who to be angrier with, the seller or PayPal. So much for PayPal's buyer protection. And I had, according to my invoice, until September 22, 2020 to file a dispute. I filed well within the time frame, May 30, 2020, and my refund request was still found in favor of the seller.
