I took made a purchase online using my debit card. I have been in contact with my bank's fraud department, in attempt to get a refund. They promised a voucher in 3-7 business days. Most likely not.

A complete rip off. They allegedly sent 'something' to an incorrect address in UK via Yodel. Despite contacting them numerous times they have not provided the items or a refund.
Avoid these if you don't want to be ripped off.
