This company has screwed me over. Trying to get information on my shipment is futile. I ordered 2 of the expandable Cabin Bags because there was free shipping if you ordered 2. I thought what a great gift for Christmas. Very disappointed especially after getting charged for them. I ordered them 12/16/2023, almost 2 months ag0 as today is Feb. 5, 2024. I've sent emails to the email at the bottom of my order. Nothing. It has LorI Reiner advertising them. I just wonder if she knows what is happening. She maintains it was on QVC shopping network offering with pictures of her showing how much you can get into these bags. It was very convincing. Well its all bulls--t.

I too ordered and have received nothing. My order was the telescopic expandable ornament organizer. Free shipping if you order 2. Mine was supposedly delivered to an address in Florida that is not my address. I have requested refund and they said “it would cost them too much” I have disputed with my cc company so hopefully I get my refund that way.
