This is about vipstoreoutlet.com a site claiming to be a lightbulb store, NOT VIPOUTLET

I placed an order and it said it was out of stock. I went to walmart online and purchased the item I needed. I got a text alert on a charge from VIP Outlet. I called them an hour after my purchase and was on the phone for over an hour as they could not find my order and needed help from the back office. After they found my order, I requested they cancel it. I was told it would be cancelled. I called couple of hours later just to confirm they cancelled my order.
Again, on the phone for an hour as I wanted to wait and make sure it was cancelled. Again, I was assured that it would be cancelled and I would get my money back within 48 hours. I received an email a day later that the order has been shipped. I called again and was told that they have no control over the system. What? So being told twice the day before that my order would be cancelled was a lie? Now I have to wait for who knows how long to get my money back. They told me they have sent request to intercept the package. We will see how long this takes. What makes it worst, the customer service reps I have talked to need to work somewhere else. Lack of accountability nor care of mistakes they made. I will never order from this website again.
