Same here... they take very long to reply and it's always a new thread.
Item tracking shows it was returned to China but they asked me to check with my local post office. When ask for refund, there is no reply at all.

Don't buy anything!

I ordered a flat iron from them Dec. 2nd and I have yet to receive a thing. I used their so called tracking system and the last thing I see is this:

This is total c**p. I order things constantly and I've never had one issue, now they claim it can't be delivered?? Funny, USPS, the post office, never saw it either. I'm calling my bank on Monday morning.

Run! Don't waste your time or money with these idiots.

Sllxg is a SCAM co. I ordered the steam Flat iron, waited 6 or 7 weeks, finally got it . But it was a cheap flat iron , not a steam . I contacted them over and over and got no response. You can get 1 at Wal Mart that is better than this c**p. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM THESE PEOPLE.
