I ordered a dress after seeing an advert online from Boutiquefeel at www.boutiquefeel.com. The next day I checked the delivery status and was surprised it was in a warehouse in China. I checked the order status the next day and the next and the order hadn’t been processed so I thought I’d check the reviews. Turned out they weren’t great. I waited for another 2 days and still, nothing had been processed. I requested a refund via PayPal and thankfully got a message the next day that the request for a refund had been approved and the order was canceled. In Addition, I had wanted to contact their customer support. To do so, I had to create an account online and to be honest the ts&cs scared the life out of me, lol - so I did not create the account. I still do not know how legit this company is but I’d suggest people are wary at least.
