Is Dydse a Scam? Review of the Online Store

It totally is scam , don't trust them. Pay me back my money.

Yesterday I got a parcel from you "smart watch" What is this ??? I have not seen such a sell before !!!! Nothing agrees with the description on your website. Is this watch waterproof up to 50m? does not close, where is the heart rate application? No !! Where is the ECG function (with PPG technology, the ECG only takes one minute) There is no !!! There is no sensor in the back cover. It does not change the way of showing the time, there is only one, ordinary watch. So I think I am cheated and please return my money !!!!!

I got the same junk and have yet to get my refund!! I bought two of these so called apple watches and got 2 pcs of junk just like you got

I guess I'll be part of the stats in regards to be a stupid victim of this site (DYse) I just lost $45. I regret I was not able to review the comments on the site before purchasing anything. I tried to reach out to them but only robotic response I get from them. They aleady inform me that my stuff is already here in the Philippines and just waiting for them to deliver it to me since it is now routed to their local partner courier but almost 3 months and counting still I didn't receive my packages. It was indeed a bad experience really for me and a learning experience as well.

Then it’s too good to be true.
Go to Amazon and buy there
Never buy from Facebook advertising or instagram
You can advertise any fake product there and people get screwed.
Be careful when buying
Do good search first and read reviews before you buy
There are lots of legitimate sellers but fake one are much more

Dydse Online Store is a BIG scam.

it is a big scam, they advertising a apple watch. and when you order one the send you a toy watch you can get on ebay for 6.99.. I have been trying to get my money back and this is what they send me all the time.

"We are so sorry to hear that. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Don’t worry, we will try our best to solve this out for you.
To save time and effort of customers and us. We would like to offer you a $4 refund as compensation."

How can msn put people like this on the internet

I regretted that I did not see all these comments prior to putting in an order. Called the bank to try to stop payment but bank informed they cannot. I have to cancel the purchase with the merchant and have to show proof that merchant refuse to refund and subject to investigation.Problem is I don’t see where I can cancel my orders after it is placed.
Emails sent to merchant and no response at all. I think this is a scam site.
Don’t ever consider buying!! Share.. so that there will be no more victims..

They are a big scam. They send you e-mails with a tracking number telling you to expect your package soon. They respond to e-mails late.

I was wondering if you can help me I recently bought two products from a site called dydse received the products but they nothing like what they advertised I’ve been in contact with the provider but they will not let me send it back to them and they will not offer me a full refund and only offer is of is $3.50...

What did the items look like.. was it very bad? Because I have purchased their watch, it has not been delivered yet, I received a tracking number which has been reading in transit since it was sent out. Can I get a refund from my bank?

Also it is strange how I never saw this when I was reviewing the store. Nothing ever popped up. I am only seeing this today

You will receive a very cheap watch like I did !!

The same thing happened to me. My email to their “customer service” came back as unable to send. The tracking number I got was in CHINA. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD.

Do not buy from this rip off company... They sell items that are not what is advertised and the goods I bought, smartwatch, were actually not working. They offered me $3 when I purchased the watch for $39 inc post.
