Does anybody knows to contact this company - www.9goodsvip.com. They don't respond to my email, emailed them 4 times about my order, I bought a multifunction backpack to them for $39.99 and they sent me a cheap backpack maybe worth $15.

Don't buy from this company. They say the merchandise has shipped but it doesn't come. The tracking number provided turns out to be invalid. When you contact them at their customer service address, cs-9goodsvip.com, the email address is invalid. This is a scam company. Stay away.

I should have read this before I ordered from them. I ordered a multifunction backpack and they sent me a regular cheap backpack, wrong item. I emailed them 3 times and they don't respond to my email. What will I do? any suggestions please?
