oh no I just bought a closet organizer from them. I think they took 129.00 from me, what do I do to get my money back.
My wife was looking at this same organizer, and we had the forethought to check into the company before ordering (thanks to previously being scammed by another supposedly US-based company advertising on FB).If you paid by CC, call the bank and have the transaction cancelled immediately.If you used your debit-card, you may not have the same protection as your CC company will give you, but contact the bank anyway to see if you can cancel the transaction.
That price looked too good to be true! Contact your credit card company to stop the payment. If you used a debit card this may not be as easy, but contact your bank. (This is why it's best to always use credit for online shopping)
Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.
This same company is now selling on facebook under eowifef.
I sent them a simple question and they never answered so I didn't order, very glad I didn't.
I never received my order. I ordered in May 2019 and here it July 2019 and I still haven't received my order
I'm curious what they charged as shipping from China...
